Amber Ikeman recently shared with us her new single “Big Bold Loud” from EP “Wild and Uneven“. There are so many things that make it unique, Amber conveys an honest sense, as it gives that motivation and positive outlook to what is around us, the lyrics are profound and possess an empowering feeling and make them come alive. “Big Bold Loud” is considered fuel for positive energy that, away from a sense of weakness and surrender.
Amber explains. “Each song was written about my own struggles: feeling objectified as a woman, recovering from an eating disorder, living with depression and anxiety, and fearing that I won’t be accepted for all of who I am. Writing these songs was so healing for me, and I hope they bring healing to those who face similar issues. So many of us are suffering silently, and I want people to know that they aren’t alone.”
